This premiere event will showcase the work of local playwright Richard Parker.

Being of Sound Mind is a farcical comedy set in an attorney’s office and follows his desperate attempts at reading a will. The heirs have gathered round him in his office and are seeing to it that he has the most difficult and ridiculous time during his attempts.

​

Three things are true:

1) J. Carson McCafferty is dead.
2) His sister, Audelia and his nephew and niece, Andrew and Sheila, are all jerks.
3) The audience will delight in seeing if attorney Mr. Fielder can ever finish reading the will.
